After an exhausting journey, the companions finally arrive in Q'ten Lo, the kingdom that keeps trying to kill Raphtalia. They want to hold the villainous government to account - as it turns out, the government is making life difficult for its own people with its bad laws. Naofumi wants to overthrow the government together with the rebellion, but the group's abilities are blocked by a mysterious anti-hero weapon. What is this all about?
