Withdrawal / Return

Don't like something in your order? That's too bad and we are sorry to hear that.
You have the option of exercising your right of withdrawal (see General Terms and Conditions (GTC) §6 and §7) within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Please note that there is no right of withdrawal for the following contracts:

- Delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery

- Products that do not arrive in machine-sealed packaging

- Delivery of newspapers, magazines without subscription, unsealed books (including manga) 

- Contracts for the delivery of books (including manga) in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery

- Platform/Weverse albums

Please pack the goods securely and then send them back to us. You will bear the direct costs of the return. We will reimburse you for all other costs to the account of the original payment. You can find all details about cancellation and returns here (General Terms and Conditions).
