Three AAA batteries are required for operation; these must be purchased separately.  

The Light Stick comes in a cardboard box. This serves only as protection during transport. Therefore, minor damage, such as light scratches, dents, etc., is not grounds for a complaint or exchange. By purchasing the Light Stick, you agree to these terms.

App Function: If the Lightstick cannot be connected to the app, please contact the app's support.

The packaging serves to protect the product. Minor damage to the cardboard box (scratches, creases, etc.) is not grounds for a complaint.
