Rules for the J-Store Hamburg Community Flea Market on April 26, 2025


 1. Date and place

The flea market will take place on April 26, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the open space in front of the J-Store Hamburg / Seoulstation Hamburg.
 The address is: Wandsbeker Chaussee 33, 22089 Hamburg

2. Registration

Registration is required to sell used goods at our flea market.

 First and Last Name
 Residential address
Birthday
What kind of goods do you want to offer at the flea market?
 Topics: Manga, Anime Merch, Gaming Merch, K-Pop, J-Fashion (specifying multiple topics is possible)


 The registration deadline is April 14, 2025.
 The confirmations will be sent out on May 15, 2025.
In case of acceptance: The minimum age for a sale is 16. Sellers under 18 must also provide written consent from their parent or guardian.
 Only private individuals are permitted to participate in our flea market. Resellers and commercial dealers are prohibited.


 *This data is required for identification on the day of the event for the reserved space.
All requested data will be used solely for flea market registration and will not be shared with third parties. After the event, all data will be deleted.

3. Sales area and table fee

There will be 1x table (100 x 60 cm) and 1x chair available per place.
 Only one table can be booked per applicant.
 The table fee is 15€ and must be paid in cash on the day of the event.
4. Permitted goods

The following used products may be offered for sale at the flea market:

  • Manga
  • Anime DVDs
  • Anime merchandise (e.g. figures, T-shirts, keychains …)
  • Anime Fashion (T-shirts, baseball caps, bags etc)
  • Game merchandise (e.g. figures, T-shirts, keychains …)
  • J-Fashion from Japanese fashion brands
  • K-Pop albums
  • K-Pop Merchandise
  • K-Pop photo cards
  • Manga/Anime or K-Pop Magazine


5. Prohibited goods

The following products may NOT be offered for sale at the flea market:

  • anything that has nothing to do with MANGA, ANIME, J-FASHION or K-POP
  • 18+ products (e.g. manga or DVDs)
  • Fake goods/counterfeits/bootlegs/handmade. All products offered MUST be original.
  • Make-up, food & drinks, hygiene products
  • video games
  • Free promotional items (e.g. postcards/posters received for free in stores/events)


6. Construction and sale

Applicants will receive information about setup and dismantling by email if they are accepted.

 Each participant in the flea market is responsible for selling their own goods.

Clothes rails, tablecloths, boxes, etc. must be brought along.

 Please note: There are only limited (paid) parking spaces in front of the store.
We'll set up tents to protect against light rain or strong sunlight. However, if the weather is so bad that holding the flea market is impossible, we reserve the right to cancel it at short notice (e.g., in the event of a storm or heavy rain).
