Community Flea Market


Rules for the J-Store Hamburg Community Flea Market on 25.07.2026

1. Date and Location

The flea market will take place on 25.07.2026 from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM in the open area in front of J-Store Hamburg.
The address is: Wandsbeker Chaussee 33, 22089 Hamburg

2. Registration

Registration is done via a Google Form. A Google account may be required.

Registration deadline is 12.07.2026

There are a total of 16 spots. These will be drawn afterwards.

Due to high demand, registrations from individuals who had a spot in May will not be considered for the July flea market.

We will send out acceptances and rejections between 13. and 17.07.2026

If accepted: The minimum age for selling is 16 years. Sellers under 18 years of age must also provide a written consent form from their legal guardians.
Only private individuals are allowed to participate in our flea market. Resellers and commercial traders are not permitted to participate.

3. Sales Area and Table Fee

1x table (100 x 60 cm) and 1x chair will be provided per spot.
Only 1 table can be booked per applicant.
The table fee is €15 per table and must be paid in cash on the day of the event.

Helpers can be brought along / tables can be shared with friends. A maximum of two people are allowed behind one table. An additional chair must be brought by yourself.


4. Permitted Goods

The following used products may be offered for sale at the flea market:

  • Manga
  • Anime DVDs
  • Anime Merchandise (e.g., figures, t-shirts, keychains …)
  • Anime Fashion (t-shirts, baseball caps, bags etc.)
  • Game Merchandise (e.g., figures, t-shirts, keychains …)
  • J-Fashion from Japanese fashion brands
  • Trading cards (such as Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece etc.)
  • Collectibles or keyrings from blind boxes*
  • K-Pop albums
  • K-Pop merchandise
  • K-Pop photo cards
  • Manga/ Anime or K-Pop magazines
  • Cosplays & wigs

ATTENTION: All 18+ items must be displayed in packaging, clearly marked as 18+, and may not be sold to minors. Sellers are responsible for verifying the age of buyers for 18+ items.

* the content of blind boxes must be identifiable or marked on the box.

5. Prohibited Goods

The following products are NOT allowed to be offered for sale at the flea market:

  • anything not related to MANGA, ANIME, J-FASHION or K-POP
  • Fake goods / Counterfeits / Bootlegs - All offered products MUST be original merchandise.
  • Handmade items (except for cosplay, handmade is allowed there)
  • Fanart
  • Makeup, food & drinks, hygiene products
  • Video games
  • Free promotional items (e.g., postcards/posters received for free in stores/events)
  • Lucky Bags / packaging where the content cannot be identified.


6. Setup and Sales

Information on setup and dismantling will be sent to applicants via email if they are accepted.

Each participant of the flea market is responsible for selling their own goods.

Clothes racks, tablecloths, boxes, etc. must be brought by yourself.

Attention: There are only limited (paid) parking spaces available in front of the store.

We will set up tents to protect against light rain or strong sun exposure. However, if the weather is so bad that the flea market cannot be held (e.g., in case of storm or heavy rain), we reserve the right to cancel it at short notice.
