Before shipping, we check the light sticks for functionality and damage.

The Light Stick is delivered in packaging (cardboard box). This is only used to protect it during transport. Therefore, any minor damage, whether light scratches, pressure marks, etc., is not a reason for return or exchange. The buyer agrees to this by purchasing the product.
