App function: Currently the app for the Lightstick does not seem to support it properly. Unfortunately we can't help with that. Please contact the app’s support here.
Attention: Experience has shown that the BLACKPINK Lightstick may experience slight discoloration in the rubber. Small scratches on the handle and housing can also occur due to the packaging of the lightstick. This is no reason for a complaint.
The packaging serves to protect the product. Minor damage to the box (scratches, bends, etc.) is not a reason for a complaint.
