The lightstick is delivered in packaging (cardboard box). This only serves as protection for transport. Therefore, any minor damage, whether slight scratches, pressure marks, etc., is not a reason for return or exchange. The buyer agrees to this with the purchase.

Before shipping, we check the lightsticks for functionality and damage.
