Shipping & payment methods
J-Store Online sends all goods as a DHL package.
The shipping costs in Germany are staggered according to the value of the goods:
| From € 10.00 (minimum order value) to € 54.99 goods value costs € 5.50 shipping (DHL package). |
| Orders with a value of €55.00 or more are free of charge (DHL package) |
| Local pickup at the J-Store Hamburg (Wandsbeker Chaussee 33, 22089 Hamburg) is free of charge for any value of the goods. |
The shipping costs to Austria
| From € 10.00 (minimum order value) to € 79.99 goods value costs € 14.90 shipping (DHL package). |
| From € 80.00 goods value costs € 9.90 shipping (DHL International package). |
and many EU countries

€14.90 for goods valued at €10 or more (The new VAT legislation has been in effect in the EU since July 1, 2021. This increases the costs and taxes for many products. Unfortunately, the shipping costs had to be adjusted.) |

Shipping to most EU countries is €14.90 per package for order value above €10. Above cart value of € 80 is the shipping cost for Austria reduced to € 9.90.
Shipping to Switzerland, Iceland and Norway costs € 15.90. |
Our items are only delivered to the countries of the EU (European Union) and the countries of the EFTA (European Free Trade Association).
No delivery to customers in other third countries including the United Kingdom (UK). We do not offer shipping to the United Kingdom.
DHL's standard transit time for parcels in mainland Germany is 1-2 days. Please inform us if you do not receive your goods within a week of shipping confirmation. We will then have DHL investigate.
| J-Store Online offers the following payment methods : - Credit card (Visa / Mastercard / AmericanExpress) - PayPal - Apple Pay / Google Pay / ShopPay - Payment in advance When paying in advance, the money must be received within one week of the order being placed. If payment is not made on time, the order will be canceled. The goods remain the property of Chen & Kroll GbR / J-Store Online until full payment has been made. |
